SAFETY CASE GAP ANALYSIS AUDIT
We audit safety cases not only for their technical content, but for their quality as an important safety document that must be readable by all parties. We ensure that safety cases identify and evaluate all hazards/risks competently and do not just give the answer that the client or designer wants (for example, that the platform is safe).
We identify gaps (failures) with:
- Bureaucratic excess;
- Obscure language (unqualified technical jargon);
- Lack of operator input;
- Concentration on safe rather than dangerous elements;
